Goofy & Gilbert

Here's a sketch of Goofy and his nephew Gilbert. You can see the influence of artist Paul Murry on how I draw Goofy. In my mind's eye, I always go back to his work on the Mickey Mouse and Dell Four Color Comic Books. And of course Murry was the first to draw Super Goof (and Super Gilbert).

A Silver Bullet Birthday

Happy Anniversary to that Masked Rider of the Plains and his faithful Indian Companion. The Lone Ranger made his debut on the radio on this date back in 1933 and has gone on to be one of our true heroes of legend.

Some new art

As I wrote before due to recent health problems, I'm having some trouble with my vision. High blood pressure is causing these "floaters" to impede my sight and makes it hard to make out details when I draw.
As therapy I trying to draw more and work through the "floaters", it hasn't been easy but I'm trying to work through it.
Here's a couple of sketch's of Disney's Robin Hood (one of my favorite movies) and of course one of my favorite characters Super Goof.

Captain Marvel Collectibles

Here are a couple of collectibles of one of my favorite Super-heroes, Captain Marvel. At the top is the statue that was designed by Power of Shazam creator Jerry Ordway. And on the bottom a recent DC Direct figure with the infamous Mr. Mind.
